In case of a pet health emergency during our care, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek veterinary attention on your behalf. You agree to reimburse any veterinary costs incurred in emergency situations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
